Per Cowlitz Superior Court Local Rule 56 (c)(4), your Summary Judgment hearing must be confirmed with the Clerk, and Court Administration, no later than five (5) court days preceding the date set for hearing.

You must advise whether the motion will in fact be argued.

If such notification is not timely made, the motion will be stricken for resetting.
