Hon. Tierra Busby
Commissioner Tierra Busby graduated from the University of Washington Jackson School of International Studies in 1995 and from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1998.
After law school, Commissioner Busby completed a 2-year Judicial Clerkship, and was then accepted into the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program for a year-long position abroad.
She returned to Washington in 2001 and served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Cowlitz County in criminal, juvenile, and child support matters and went on to practice privately in the areas of juvenile defense and child advocacy, family law, estate planning, and guardian ad litem services.
