Patricia Fassett was appointed to the Cowlitz County Superior Court on February 28, 2019.

Judge Fassett brings 15 years of legal experience to the bench. She has spent the seven years prior to her appointment as a defense attorney for the Cowlitz County Office of Public Defense, working primarily in juvenile court. She has also worked as a consulting attorney for the Stone Law Firm and as deputy prosecuting attorney for the Cowlitz County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Judge Fassett graduated with her law degree from Marquette University Law School, where she served as president of the Association of Women in Law. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon.
