(c) Whenever requested by a party, or at the discretion of the Court in the absence of such request and prior to obtaining a trial date, there shall be entered a Case Scheduling Order. The Case Scheduling Order form can be found at the following link: www.cowlitzsuperiorcourt.us.
If the parties cannot agree on compliance dates they shall place the matter before the Court on the appropriate motion calendar (docket) for entry of those dates.
