Adoption Day 2013 Proclamation for Cowlitz County
The Cowlitz County Commissioners at their regular meeting on the 29th of October, 2013, unanimously proclaimed November 8, 2013 to be designated the national Adoption Day for Cowlitz County. The ceremony was attended by Judge Gary Bashor and attorney Darrel Ammons who is representing most of the families who will be participating in this year's event.
The event will be held on the 8th of November at the County Administration Building, 207 N. 4th Avenue, Kelso, WA 98626 at 2:30 P.M
