COVID-19 Emergency Order 4-A, Modified

KHAKI

After further review of the ongoing increases in the percentage of positive COVID-19 cases being reported by the County, the Court has determined that moving forward with in-person hearings for Superior and Juvenile Court is not advisable at this time. Effective immediately, we will be cancelling all currently set in person dockets.

Accompanying this memorandum is a copy of the modified emergency order #4-A which will supersede the original order insofar as it is inconsistent.

The court is actively working to implement further technology and process to allow for criminal dispositional hearings to be done virtually via Zoom and we are actively working with the Clerk, Jail and Attorneys to work out the details of that process. We will implement it as soon as possible.

We regret the inconvenience this late change may cause.
