Eviction Docket Changing on August 1, 2012
All Unlawful Detainers (Evictions) to be held on Friday docket as of Aug. 1, 2012
Effective August 1, 2012, all Landlord Tenant matters (Evictions, etc.) will be heard on the regular Superior Court Civil Docket which is held at 1:00 p.m. on each Friday afternoon. The current Monday morning pro se eviction docket will be discontinued as of that date. Any pro se evictions should now be noted on the Friday Civil Docket.
