New Court Rules Effective January 1, 2018
As part of the implementation of our new court schedule, some of our previous local rules have needed adjustment. These rules go into effect as of January 1, 2018, and will be applied to all cases after that date.
Admin Rule 1 & 12 and Civil Rules 40 & 88 are affected.
