Poverty Guidelines Updated for 2018

 When reviewing a case for waiver of fees, the Superior Court looks to the Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines in part when making those decisions. As of January 13, 2018, those guidelines have been updated. A table showing the current annual and monthly amounts is shown in the document below.
