SUPERIOR COURT RESPONSE TO GOVERNOR'S 11-15-2020 MANDATE
Cowlitz County Superior Court will be maintaining court operations as set out in our various emergency orders. We made our decision after careful consideration of information provided by the Governor during his November 15, 2020 press conference. As the COVID-19 situation is fluid, interested parties should follow updates on our website.
The Superior Court has previously instituted safety measures that meet or exceed recommendations from the Cowlitz County Health Department and the Washington State Department of Health. Those measures include mandated masking, enforced social distancing, increased ventilation and targeted cleanings of high touch surfaces throughout the day.
Superior Court would request that all citizens of Cowlitz County follow the recommendations of the Governor in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
