Virtual Court Notice Information

VIRTUALzOOM-notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superior Court has moved to doing most all court matters by virtual connection via Zoom videoconferencing. Most pattern docket notices and orders to appear for court do not provide information about Zoom, and often are worded in such a way to command folks to show up at the Hall of Justice for their hearing. Our goal is to have as few persons enter the court facilities as possible and still perform court functions.

Litigants and counsel are requested to add language indicating that respondents/defendants/opposing parties should appear via Zoom, and direct them to our website, and include our web link at:

 https://www.cowlitzsuperiorcourt.us/zoom

Parties should contact Court Administration if they have connection problems for guidance.

If you have questions about zoom dockets or trials you have set, all log in information for those hearings is available at the above link.

Court Administration will not be sending out zoom information for individual cases as a matter of course.

We appreciate your ongoing assistance as we work to keep the courts functioning for our users.

If you have questions please visit our Website and follow the links to Virtual Hearings as we will continue to update that site with the most current information and requirements. Subscribing to this blog will also connect you to court procedure notices as we move forward.
