Opening up Documents from this site and AOC
The forms available on this website and the State Office of the Administrator for the Courts are provided in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format.
If you cannot open a file, it may be due to missing software on your computer for those file types.

To open up any Adobe Acrobat file, you need Acrobat Reader which is freely available at the link below:
Word Files
If you cannot open a Microsoft Word file, there are several free programs what will allow you to open and to edit Word files. Either OpenOffice or LibreOffice will allow you to do this on Windows based systems. If you are using an IOS (Apple), Android device or a Kindle, Polaris Office is also capable of opening and editing Word documents. All programs are free of charge.
